Lolo captivated the audience of students, parents and staff from the outset of her speech, a tough feat in front of a crowd of adolescents who had never met her before. Her delivery was natural and was underpinned with raw emotion and the personal details to engage, encourage and motivate everyone on the room. The links she made between her own personal journey and those of her professional career were inspiring for all. It was particularly impressive that Lolo had carefully considered the delivery and content she shared in order to make it relatable for teenagers in the room, making links to their next steps in education and beyond. Feedback from all parties that watched the speech was overwhelming positive and a true reflection of the Lolo’s delivery.

Speaking testimonial from Mrs M Lawrence, Assistant Principal – Ormiston Horizon Academy

“…Lolo kept the students engaged with her stories.
The students gained a lot from hearing her speak, and we’re really looking forward to hopefully having Lolo at more of our events soon!”
